As the owner of 643 Sports Performance, I’m passionate about helping athletes become the best version of themselves — physically and mentally. With a background in collegiate track & field, four years of football and basketball experience, and participation in the Chippewa River Baseball League, I bring a diverse athletic foundation. Combined with coaching at both recreational and club baseball levels and a psychology degree from Winona State University, I offer a unique perspective that integrates athletic performance with sports psychology to design well-rounded, high-impact training programs.
My coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that peak performance isn’t just about strength and speed — it’s about mindset, discipline, and adaptability. At 643, I work with athletes to develop explosive power, mobility, and endurance, while also building confidence, focus, and mental resilience.
Let’s train with purpose, perform with confidence, and build the kind of foundation that lasts.
